This Privacy Policy describes how RGMS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the FuturesIQ platform, including all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Payment information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We may receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address.
- Trade data. You may import trade data from external platforms (such as Sierra Chart or other broker platforms). This data may include trade timestamps, instruments, prices, quantities, and related execution details.
- User-generated content. Notes, tags, screenshots, strategy labels, emotion tags, and other content you create within the Service.
- Communications. If you contact us for support or feedback, we collect the content of those communications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, session duration, clicks, and interactions within the Service.
- Device and browser information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how you use the Service.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Google. If you authenticate via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- Stripe. We receive subscription status, payment confirmations, and limited billing details from Stripe.
- Databento. Market data used for order flow analytics is sourced from Databento. This data relates to financial instruments, not to you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the Service — account management, trade journaling, analytics, and all core features
- Process payments — manage subscriptions and billing through Stripe
- Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, and develop new features
- Communicate with you — respond to support requests, send service-related announcements, and notify you of material changes
- Ensure security — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests from authorities and meet regulatory requirements
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google (authentication)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Railway (application hosting)
- TradingView (charting)
- Databento (market data)
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
- Aggregated data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for analytical or research purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway and Vercel in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted database connections
- Hashed passwords (we never store plaintext passwords)
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
